    How delivery works.

    Technology we use

    Tools prepare. People review.

RiskAssist™ is the technology our team uses inside engagements. It is not sold separately today.

It helps our professionals organize records, match them to controls, check consistency and prepare draft analysis. AI assistance requires the client's permission and professional review. A qualified reviewer checks the file, questions the results and resolves or flags exceptions.

These tools do not decide audit conclusions or approve working papers. Your team receives the supporting records and review notes, rather than an unexplained output.

    Safeguards

Know how the work will be handled.

    • Confidentiality and access

We define who may access the records and the confidentiality terms before receiving client information. Access should be limited to the people doing or reviewing the work.

    • Approved tools and providers

We identify the tools involved and obtain the required permission before using them with client records. Your firm can raise restrictions on providers or types of processing.

    • Data location and retention

We document where records will be handled, how long they are needed and how return or deletion will work. These details belong in the engagement arrangements.

    • Review and record references

Our reviewer checks the prepared file and its supporting references before handover. Missing records, exceptions and unresolved questions stay visible for your reviewers.

    • Continuity and escalation

We identify the delivery lead, backup arrangements and the person to contact if a deadline or finding needs attention. Conflicts and independence concerns are raised with the responsible firm.

    Your firm's authority

The client and sign-off stay with you.

    The firm keeps

    • The client relationship
    • Engagement leadership
    • Methodology and standards
    • Professional judgment
    • Required review and sign-off

    AuditPartners supplies

    • Audit delivery support
    • Specialists when an engagement needs them
    • Records, testing and working-paper preparation
    • Professionally checked work for your reviewers

Co-delivery, white-label presentation, client protection and confidentiality are set out in the applicable agreement.

AuditPartners does not issue financial audit opinions, SOC reports or certification decisions. Those remain with the responsible firm or certification body; internal teams retain their reporting authority.

    An internal audit, in practice

    How one internal audit ran.

An ISO/IEC 27001 internal audit for a client preparing for certification.

Our lead auditor worked in a secure, private environment with an AI assistant, directing the work through 79 prompts and reviewing 819 evidence files. The auditor set the scope, challenged the findings and approved the report.

The internal audit was completed and the issues were addressed before the certification audit.
